But see, you need to get to a point where you're not following what "they" before you said, just because they were smarter than you, had more resources, and a kaleidoscope of experiences? REALLY.


You end up acting or making decisions based on what someone else wrote, how someone defined a good life, a good relationship. But see, there's only one you, one "they", same scenario, different vision. I mean explain to me how a 21 year old can appreciate a lollipop coming from an old lady on the street with the same enthusiasm as a 3 year old...


Be guided, but never take what "they" said as the gospel truth.


So... Dear "they", I hear what you're saying about this same situation we find ourselves in, but had Chris Barnard, upon finding himself in the same situation as the multiple surgeons before him, with patients needing hearts, not run with his vision...the world would probably still be waiting...for me. So I'm good, I'll take my chances...thanks though.
