I remember when I was a kid, and I finished my first can of coke, it was such a huge achievement! My sister reminded me of something, "there's victory at every level" We easily forget this and are burdened with unhappiness because we are constantly wanting that, instead of appreciating this. I have no beef with dreaming and wanting more, but don't make your happiness dependent on what you're yet to achieve. Enjoy the now. When I hear, appreciate/enjoy the little things, I hear appreciate the daily victories towards the bigger victories.
